摘  要:以P(St-BA)二元共聚物乳胶作种子乳液,采用乳液聚合法制备得到P(St-BA-AA)三元共聚物乳胶体系。通过分步调节碱和酸度,并在高温条件(90℃)下进行酸碱处理,首次制得P(St-BA-AA)三元共聚物纳米微孔乳胶粒子。通过TEM、SEM观察其形态与表面形态,确认微孔结构在乳胶粒子内部形成。依据成孔机理,确认本体系的最佳酸碱处理温度应该高于其玻璃化转变温度Tg。P (St-BA-AA) terpolymer systems were synthesized using P (St-BA) as seed through emulsion polymerization. P(St-BA-AA) nano-micropore latex particles were step to step treated with alkali and acid at high temperature (90 ℃ ) in the first time. The configuration and the surface conformation of latex particles were observed by TEM and SEM, and the formation of nano-micropore inside latex particles was determined. According as the mechanism forming nano-micropore, it determined that the best temperature of alkali and acid treatment on the system should be above the glass transition temperature(Tg).
