摘 要:明胶与聚乙烯醇(PVA)溶液共混得到不同配比的纺丝原液,通过测定其流变性与共混膜的力学性能,得到优化明胶-PVA共混纺丝原液固含量比为1.5∶8.5。以饱和硫酸钠溶液为凝固浴,采用湿法纺丝制得复合纤维。采用正交设计法优化复合纤维热拉伸条件为,温度200℃、拉伸率60%、处理时间4min;最后对纤维进行了扫描电镜(SEM)分析及吸湿性与蛋白质含量的表征。Different ratios of spinning solution were gotten by blending gelatin with PVA. The viscosity and rheology of blended solutions were determined. The mechanical properties of the blend membranes were also determined. It is proved that gelatin-PVA blend solution optimized ratio is 1.5 : 8.5 for spinning property. Then the optimized blend solution was wet spinned with the sodium sulfate as coagulant and composite fiber was prepared. From the orthogonal experimental design, the optimized thermal tension process was gotten. The best mechanical properties of the composite fiber are that it is treated 4 minutes under the thermal tension process with the temperature of 200 ℃ and the tension ratio of 60 %. The morphology and properties of the fiber was characterized by SEM, moisture-absorbing and protein content.
