摘 要:目的:研究外源性透明质酸对皮肤扩张后真皮内环境的变化及其对挛缩过程的影响。方法:将兔随机分为两组,采用兔头部扩张模型进行皮肤扩张实验,一组在皮肤扩张的同时局部给予外源性透明质酸,另一组局部给予生理盐水。扩张后通过免疫组化方法研究了真皮Ⅰ、Ⅲ型胶原的变化。结果:用药组Ⅰ型胶原在皮肤扩张后出现破坏后迅速修复的现象,而Ⅲ型胶原增多。结论:扩张后真皮中的胶原结构发生重组,给予外源性透明质酸可以减少扩张后皮肤挛缩。Objective To study the effect of hyaluronie acid on the expanded dermal internal environment and skin contraction process. Methods New Zealand rabbits were divided randomly into two groups and rabbit models were used in the forehead skin with local injections of hyaluronic acid or saline as control group. Immunohistochemistry were used to measure the variation of type Ⅰ and Ⅲ collagen in expanded skin. Results Type Ⅰ collagen recovered rapidly in expanded skin and type Ⅲ collagen increased obviously in the hyaluronic acid group. Conclusion The collagens in expanded skin reconstructed and the external hyaluronic acid could reduce the contraction in expanded skin.
