摘 要:采用美国LI-6400便携式光合测定仪对湖南江华、广东韶关、广西桂林3个不同种源翅荚木的净光合速率进行了测定,结果表明:5月下旬所测3个种源翅荚木的净光合速率日变化均呈单峰曲线,峰值出现在12:00;净光合速率与光合有效辐射呈极显著相关,也受大气CO2浓度、空气相对湿度、大气温度、胞间CO2浓度等因子的影响,广东韶关、广西桂林、湖南江华3个种源的最大净光合速率分别为12.38、11.45、7.33μmol·m-2·s-1,广东韶关和广西桂林种源的翅荚木净光合速率日变化曲线波动幅度远远大于湖南江华。Measurements were made on net photosynthetic rate(Pn) of three provenances of Zenia insignis using an imported LI-6400 portable photosynthesis system in the last ten-day of May.The result showed that net photosynthesis rate of the three provenances all had a single peak value at 12:00 noon.The net photosynthesis rate had close relation with photosynthetic active radiation(PAR),and was also affected by CO2 concentration(Ca),relative air humidity,air temperature,and intercellular CO2 concentration(Ci).The maximum net photosynthesis rate of the three provenances,i.e.,Shaoguan of Guangdong,Guilin of Guangxi and Jianghua of Hunan,was 12.38,11.45 and 7.33 umol·m^-2·s^-1 respectively.The range of daily variation of net photosynthesis rate of the two provenances from Guangdong and Guangxi was much wider than that from Hunan.
