摘　　要：结合河南省高等教育文献保障体系(HALIS)建设成绩与经验,提出以CALIS三期建设为契机,通过CALIS河南省文献信息服务中心建设,将HALIS建设与CALIS体系无缝链接,充分发挥省中心的纽带和辐射作用,扩大CALIS资源与服务的受益面,有效促进和提升河南高等教育文献信息保障与服务能力的发展思路。According to the achievements and experience three construction phases of CALIS as a good chance, of HALIS, this paper proposed that we should take and through the construction of CALIS information service center in Henan province, realize the seamless connection between HALIS construction and CALIS system. The author also discussed into the development thinking of fully exerting ligament and radiation effects of province center, enlarging the benefit range of CALIS resources and services, effectively promoting the insurance and service ability of Henan higher education literature and information.
