摘 要:通过在进行腹腔镜脾脏切除术的过程中,用呼吸监护仪和重症监护仪分别于麻醉前、麻醉后-气腹前、术中10 min、术中30 min和放气后5 min监测收缩压、舒张压、平均动脉压、心率、体温、呼吸频率、呼吸末CO2分压、血氧饱和度,评价山羊腹腔镜脾脏切除术对山羊呼吸和循环系统的影响。结果表明,其使山羊血压、心率、呼吸频率和呼吸末CO2分压升高,血氧饱和度和体温下降。虽然山羊腹腔镜脾脏切除术与非腹腔镜脾脏切除术相比,前者对山羊循环和呼吸系统影响小,但还是有一定的影响,在山羊腹腔镜脾脏摘除手术过程中应该加强监护。The diastolic pressure, systolic pressure, mean arterial pressure, heart rate, temperature respiratory rate, end-tidal carbon dioxide partial pressure and oxygen saturation of goats were monitored with intensive care monitor and respiratory monitor during the laparoscopic splennectomy in goats and were recorded at the time of before anesthesia, after anesthesia and before insufflating, intraoperative 10, 30, 5 rain after the deflation, respectively. Then the effect on circulatory system and respiratory system of goats were evaluated. Blood pressure, heart rate, respiratory rate and end-tidal carbon dioxide partial pressure of goats increased and oxygen saturation and temperature dropped during laparoscopic splenectomy. The results showed that compared with traditional splenectomy, laparoscopic splenectomy in goats had less effect on circulatory and respiratory system of goats. However, to a certain extent, laparoscopic splenectomy could affect circulatory and respiratory system. Monitoring should be strengthened during laparoscopic splenectomy in goats.
