摘 要:山东大学环境科学与工程学院山东济南(250100)本文用白泥作为脱硫剂,采用石灰石-石膏湿法烟气脱硫技术,对模拟烟气进行脱硫。结果显示白泥具有非常好的脱硫性能,脱硫效率随Ca/S的增加而增加,随白泥悬浊液pH值的降低而降低,随二氧化硫浓度的增加而降低。为了防止结垢现象,可以将pH调节到6.2以下,不影响脱硫效果。实验表明:白泥溶液脱硫效率可达到99%以上,从而验证了白泥在烟气脱硫技术上的经济可行性,对实际操作具有指导意义。In this paper we use white mud as desulfurizer and simulate the wet limestone & gypsum flue gas desulphating method. White mud was found to remove SO2 for the best base on a series of experiments under different conditions. The SO2 removal increased along with the Calcuim desufurizator increasing, and fell with the pH decreasing. ,and fell with the SO2 increasing.In order to avoid the bilge, the pH was about 6.2,the SO2 removal couldn't be influenced. The results indicated that the SO2 removal efficiency could exceed 99%, which validated that flue gas desulfurization with white mud is feasible in economy and technique and could direct the operations practically.
