摘　　要：介绍了一种基于新型电能质量测量装置PSⅡ(PowerSatalite Ⅱ)和以太网的电能质量监测系统,系统由终端测量装置PSⅡ和以太网、FTP数据收集软件、Oracle数据库、Web服务器、Java开发的主站分析软件构成。系统服务器端采用Brower/Server(浏览器/服务器)模式,用户可通过浏览器访问主站的Web服务器查看系统。该系统能在线准确全面地监测分析电网的电能质量水平,为电网电能质量的治理改善提供依据与意见,也可为电网的进一步建设完善和事故分析提供准确的历史数据和基础数据。该系统的长期运行证明了它的可行性和有效性。A novel on-line power quality monitoring system based on a new measurement unit PSII （PowerSatalite II） and Ethernet is introduced. This system is composed of PSII, Ethernet, FTP data collection software, Oracle database and analyzing software programmed in Java . B/S mode is used ,and users can visit the system by accessing the Web server. It can monitor and analyze power quality at the userside of power grid accurately and roundly,meanwhile, it can propose solutions to improve power quality and provide accurate historical data and basic data for power grid improvement and fault analysis. This system has been put into practice, and long-term running proves feasible and effective.
