摘 要:光照时间和光照强度对舟山牙鲆稚幼鱼摄食和生长有显著的影响。(1)全黑暗和全亮试验组增长率最小,仅为5.0%和5.9%,成活率最低;光照16h和12h组幼鱼的成活率最高,均为100%,光照12h时牙鲆幼鱼摄食强度最大,幼鱼体长及其增长率均显著高于其它各组,(P<0.05);(2)光照强度为500lx时,牙鲆幼鱼日摄食强度最大,体长及其增长率均显著高于其它各组(P<0.05)。The effects on feeding and growth of juvenile under different illuminances times and intensities were prominent.1 The growth rates were minimal in the all-dark and all-bright trial, only 5.0% and 5.9% respectively, and the survival rates were lowest. Illumined 16 hours and 12 hours the survival rates were 100%, and illumined 12 hours the feeding intensities were most, and the length and growth rates were superior to others (P〈0.05). 2 Under the light of 500 lx, the feeding intensity was most, and the length and growth rates were suPerior to others(P〈0.05 ).
