摘　　要：警察行政受益权是国家为保证警察有物质能力行使行政职权而向其提供物质保障条件,警察享用这些条件的资格和可选择性。境外法中多有关于警察行政受益权的规定。我国目前由于法律规定不完善、资金来源困难以及尚未建立起全面的社会保障系统,警察行政受益权的保护还存在不足。应健全我国相关法律和规定,建立健全民警行政受益权保障机制。The administrative beneficial rights of police is the material guarantee condition by which the government can guarantee them to exert their responsibility. There are many regulations of the administrative beneficial rights of police in overseas law. Because of imperfect law, lack of capital and not all-inclusive social security system, the protection of the administrative beneficial rights is insufficient. So we should perfect relevant laws and improve guarantee mechanism of the administrative beneficial rights of police.
