摘 要:以PD系与墨西哥半野生棉的杂交后代和陆地棉与亚洲棉的远缘杂交后代中分离的高比强度(25g/tex以上)材料(S)为中心,与优良推广品种或高衣分品系(H)、抗枯黄萎材料(R)、早熟丰产品种(Y)杂交,获得FⅠ(SH,SR,SY),互交获得FⅡ(FⅠ2×FⅠ2)和FⅢ(FⅡ2×FⅡ2)。通过对不同代次纤维强度与主要经济性状的遗传关系及产生重组体频率的分析,进行了纤维强度与皮棉产量负相关的探讨。结果表明,纤维强度与皮棉产量间的负相关主要由基因联锁引起,通过一定的育种方法可以打破这种联锁,使负相关得到降低,获得丰产优质的重组体。High fiber strength (>25 g/tex) germplasms (S) selected from the progenies of the combinations of PD 4548 × Gossypium hirsutum L. race Mexicanum and Dalian 2 ( G.hirsutum) × Jinxian Zhongmian ( G.arboreum ) were crossed with commercially culitvated varietied with high lint percentage (H), or verticillium wilt resistant varieties (R) or early maturing high yielding varieties (Y), and FⅠs (SH, SR and SY) were obtained. Reciprocal crosses gave FⅡs (FⅠ 2 × FⅠ 2) and FⅢ S (FⅠ 2 × FⅡ 2). The fiber strength and various economic characters in different generations were recorded, and their genetic relations and recombination frequncies were analyzed. It was shown that the negative correlation between fiber strength and lint yield was mainly conditioned by gene linkage. The possibility of breaking such linkage in breeding practice and thus reducing the negative correlation between them and obtaining recombinants with high yield and good quality is discussed.
