学术期刊的出版形势与高校学报发展的战略选择

摘　　要：当前,国内外学术期刊呈现出了五大出版形势:(1)市场兼并使得大出版商更具垄断性;(2)学术期刊从以纸介质出版为中心转向以网络出版为中心;(3)期刊的经营模式越来越多样化;(4)我国紧跟世界学术期刊出版的步伐,高度重视出版工作;(5)我国学术期刊的出版向精品化目标全力推进。基于此,为促进高校学报与国内外学术期刊同步发展,要努力做到以下几点:(1)转变办刊理念,明确目标定位,改革管理模式;(2)提高学报的内容质量;(3)争办精品、特色期刊;(4)建立新的出版机制;(5)完善网络化出版。At Present, there are five tendencies of academic periodical at home and abroad： （ 1 ） market merger bringing monopoly to great publisher ; （2） the publishing from shifting from paper publishing to online publishing; （3）diversity of the pattern for cunning the periodical; （4）keeping abreast with the publication situation of academic periodical in the world and emphasizing on the publication of periodicals ; （ 5 ） competitive products being the goal for publication of academic periodical. The five tendencies call for the corresponding efforts to keep abreast with the development of academic periodical at home and abroad by ： （ 1 ） changing the notion for the publication of the periodical, being certain of the goal for the publication of the periodical and reforming the managing pattern ： （2） improving the quality of the academic periodical ; （ 3 ） publishing the academic periodical of competition and characteristic ; （4） establishing new policy for publication ; （ 5 ） perfecting the online publishing.
