摘　　要：朝鲜半岛问题事实上成了东北亚区域重大问题之症结所在。尤其是,对与美国处于战略博弈状态的中国来讲,朝鲜半岛问题的解决具有极为重大的意义。要实现我国的东北亚区域发展战略就必须排除极大地影响这一区域政治结构和演化路径的美国的控制战略和朝鲜半岛问题这两个扰动因子,而其切入点是解决朝鲜半岛问题。The Korean Peninsular Issue in fact has become an obstacle to the settlement of major questions in Northeast Asia. As China has a strategic confrontation with the USA,the settlement of the issue is of extreme importance. To implement her Northeast Asia development strategy, China must remove two interference factors that affect the regional political structure and developmental orientation,that is,the USA＇s containment strategy and the Korean Peninsular Issue ,and the latter is the key point in this regard.
