摘　　要：农产品加工是指以农业产品为原料的直接加工和再加工的产业。农产品加工业是拉动国民经济发展、增加县域经济实力的重要产业；是农业结构调整、延伸农业产业链条的带动力量；是提高农产品附加值、增加农民收入的有效途径；是促进农业产业化发展、提升农业总体水平的重要依托。农产品加工业作为联结农业和工业的产业：在国民经济中占有重要的位置，对实现农业增效和农民增收有重要作用。Primary products processing industry is an industry that takes agricultural products as raw materi al to process and re-process. Agricultural products processing is an important industry to promote the national economical development, to enhance the regional economical strength; is a motivating power to adjust the agricultural structure, develop the driving power of agricultural industry chain; is an effective way to promote the added value and increase the peasants income; is the crucial support to promote the development of agricultural industry, and to elevate the agricultural level. The agricultural products processing industry is a connecting point between agriculture and industry, and it plays an important role in national economy, and carries great weight in enhancing the agricultural effects and increasing the peasants income.
