南沙参挥发油化学成分分析

摘　　要：采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取南沙参(Radix adenophore)中挥发油,用气相色谱/质谱(GC/MS)联用技术对提取的挥发油进行了分离鉴定,鉴定出烃类(11种)、醇类(9种)、酮类(11种)、酯类(9种)、酸类(2种)、呋喃类(1种)、醛类(16种)、醚类(6种)和元素有机化合物(2种)9类67种化合物,其中10种化合物(质量分数为48.937%)为已知药用成分,这些数据为进一步评价其质量和开发新药提供了基础数据.Volatile oil was extracted from the Radix adenophorae by steam distillation and was analysed by using gas chromatography-mass spectrometry（GC/MS）in this paper. Sixty-seven compounds in it have been ob- tained including nine classes of hydrocarbons（eleven kinds）, alcohol（ nine kinds）, ketone（eleven kinds）, ester （nine kinds）, acid （two kinds）, furan（one kind）, aldehyde（sixteen kinds）,ether（six kinds）, element organic compounds（two kinds）. There are ten components that have been known to hare medicinal effects, the results can provide the identific basis for evaluating its quality and developing new drugs.
