摘 要:在辨析生态完整性概念的基础上,分析提出决定区域生态完整性的关键因子,将其与公路建设生态环境影响的特点进行比较分析,认为公路建设项目主要与区域生态系统中的关键自然生物因子植被、景观生态空间格局,以及自然生产力水平三个方面有着较为密切的关系,并总结形成公路建设对区域生态完整性评估框架.根据这一评估框架对永蓝高速公路区域生态完整性的影响进行了研究,认为本工程对决定区域生态完整性的三个关键因子影响较小,不会对区域生态完整性产生较大扰动.但工程的K19~K34区段以及K112-终点区段可能会导致少量自然植被损失,建议采取一定的防护措施,保护该区域森林群落的多样性.Based on the analysis of the concept of "ecological integrity" ,it is pointed out that the key factors for impacts on regional ecological integrity as far as the road construction is concerned. With the relevance analysis between the features of eco-environmental impacts from road construction and the key factors, vegetation, landscape ecological pattern and natural productivity are identified as three key factors for regional ecological integrity, because of their close relationships with the impacts from road construction. Based on the research work above, the framework for the impact evaluation of regional ecological integrity is put forward. The framework has been applied to the regional ecological integrity impact assessment from Yonglan Highway construction in Hunan Province, China. The case study indicates that the impacts on regional ecological integrity of Yonglan Highway construction, which is described by these three key factors, are limited. However, a few vegetations will be destroyed in several segments. The case study also indicates that the evaluation framework based on the key ecological factors is effective and worth for further research.
