摘 要:通过检测鸡球虫对抗球虫药的耐药性,对比鸡群在球虫疫苗免疫前后现场球虫对马杜霉素、地克株利、氯羟吡啶3种球虫药的敏感性试验,表明免疫前现场球虫对以上3种球虫药完全抗药,免疫后则恢复了对以上3种球虫药的敏感性。It was found that using coccidian vaccine could relieve drug-resistance of coccidian during a long-term study of immunizing chickens against coccidiosis and field experiments. The test for sensitivity of coccidian to such anticoccidial drugs as madumycin, diaclazuril and clopidol was carried out before and after vaccinating chickens with coccidian vaccine. The results showed that field coccidian had drug resistance to the above 3 drugs before the vaccination but recovered sensitivity to these drugs after the vaccination.
