隐性核不育油菜全不育系“沪118A”制种技术探讨

摘　　要：在不同隔离条件和不同母本移栽密度下进行了全不育系"沪118A"制种产量试验,以探讨其制种纯度和产量的变化。结果表明:在网罩大棚+放蜂条件下制种产量为770.40 kg/hm^2,纯度达98.0%以上;在母本移栽密度为24万株/hm^2条件下制种产量为816.67 kg/hm^2。The experiment of producing the full sterile line ＂Hu 118A＂ was carried out under different i- solation conditions and various transplanting densities of female parent in order to probe changes of the seed yield and purity of ＂Hu 118A＂. The results showed that in the conditions of screened plastic tunnel ＋ honeybees the seed yield was 770.4 kg/hm^2 and its purity reached 98.0% or more,and under a transplanting density of 240 000 female parent plants per hectare the seed yield was 816.67 kg/hm^2.
