摘 要:目的研究镰刀菌毒素丁烯酸内酯对HepG2细胞内某些抗氧化指标的影响。方法不同剂量的丁烯酸内酯处理体外培养的HepG2细胞后,观察毒素对细胞内超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活力及蛋白巯基(P-SH)含量的影响,并测定脂质过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)的含量变化。结果丁烯酸内酯能够明显降低HepG2细胞内主要抗氧化酶SOD、GSH-Px和CAT的活力,明显降低P-SH的含量,并能显著增加细胞上清液中MDA的含量。结论丁烯酸内酯能够明显降低HepG2细胞的抗氧化能力。Objective To study the effects of Fusarium mycotoxin butenolide on certain oxidant and antioxidant indexes of HepG2 cells. Methods HepG2 cells were treated with different concentrations of butenolide. The activities of intracellular antioxidant enzymes and the contents of protein thiol (P-SH) were determined, and the content of malonaldehyde (MDA) was also detected. Results The activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione pemxidase (GSH-Px) and catalase (CAT), and the contents of P-SH of HepG2 cells treated with butenolide were significantly decreased, while the increase of the content of MDA was found. Conclusion Butenolide could significantly impair the antioxidant ability of HepG2 cells.
