白介素4受体基因Q576R多态性及与变应性鼻炎的相关性

摘　　要：目的对变应性鼻炎患者行白介素4受体基因Q576R分型,探讨白介素4受体基因Q576R基因与变应性鼻炎遗传易感性的相关性。方法用PCR-RFLP法为69名无亲缘关系的变应性鼻炎患者和91名无血缘关系的健康汉族人行白介素4受体基因Q576R分型。结果AR组中TIgE含量明显高于对照组。(P<0.001),Q576R各基因型之间TIgE无显著性差异,在AR组中QR基因型频率高于对照组(P=0.007),QQ基因型频率低于对照组(P=0.02)。AR组与对照组之间等位基因频率存在显著性差异(P=0.005),AR组的R等位基因频率高于对照组(OR=2.18)。结论Q576R基因多态性与AR存在相关性,R等位基因可能是AR的易感基因。Objective To investigate the distribution of interleukin-4 Receptor Q576R genes in Guangdong population and to explore the association of these genes with allergic rhinitis. Methods Ninety-two unrelated healthy individuals of Han nationality and 69 patients with allergic rhinitis who were from the same geographic region were enrolled in the study, The interleukin-4 Receptor Q576R was genotyped by PCR-RFLP technique. Results The average level of TIgE in AR group was higher than that in control group （t=4.41 ,P〈0.001）. As the TIgE was considered, there was no significant difference between QR, QQ and RR genetypes （F=1.05,P=0.35）. The prevalence of QR genotype in AR group was higher than that in control group （X^2=7.30,P=0.007）. And the frequency of R allele in AR group was higher than that in control group （P=0.02）. Conclusion The interleukin-4 Receptor Q576R is strongly associated with allergic rhinitis.
