摘  要:本文介绍一个用X射线荧光法测定磷矿石中MgO,Al_2O_3,SiO_2,P_2O_5,K_2O,CaO,TiO_2,MnO,全铁(Fe_2O)_3,Na_2O,F,Cl,I,Sr和Y共15个元素的方法。前9个元素在熔片中测量。后6个元素在粉末压成的圆片中测量。主元素用理论α系数法、痕量元素用峰/背比法校正基体效应。F的检出限为0.25%,主元素的分析精度(RSD)小于1%。A X-ray fluorescence method is described for determining the major, minor and some trace components (15 elements) in phosphate ore, using both methods of specimen preparation, namely, fusion glass discs and powder-pressed pellets. Concentrations of MgO, Al_2O_3, SiO_2, P_2O_3, K_2O, CaO, TiO_2, MnO and Fe_2O_3 are determined on lithium tetraborate glass discs and F, Na_2O,Cl,Sr,Y and I are determined on powder-pressed pellets into an Al-cup. Matrix correction was performed by theoretical α-coefficients for the major-elements and by the intensity ratio of peak/background(RhKα-Compton) for Sr, Y and I. A full-automatic X-ray spectrometer with an end-window Rh-target X-ray tube is utilized here. The detection limit of F is 0.25% and 0.01% in the case of using a 6μ and 1μ window of proportional counter respectively. Precisions of the method are less than 1% (RSD) for the major-elements. As compared with values of standard and reference samples, the results are satisfactory.
