摘 要:采用MMS-1G型高温高速摩擦磨损试验机研究了不同温度条件下处于氧气气氛中的CrNiMo钢高速干滑动摩擦磨损性能,采用扫描电子显微镜和能谱仪对磨损表面的形貌和成分进行表征,并对其磨损机制进行分析.结果表明,在室温条件下,CrNiMo钢的摩擦磨损性能受环境气氛的影响较大,并受控于摩擦表面所产生的氧化膜,其磨损机制主要为磨粒磨损和氧化磨损;而在高温氧气环境中,气氛对CrNiMo钢的摩擦磨损性能影响减弱,较高的环境温度恶化了摩擦副的传热能力,磨损机制受控于环境温度,其磨损机制主要为氧化磨损和黏着磨损.By using a special tribo-tester, the friction and wear behavior of CrNiMo steel at very high speed and elevated temperature in oxygen atmosphere was studied. Morphology and surface element distribution of the worn surfaces were analyzed by SEM and EDS, respectively. The results show that the tribological behaviors of CrNiMo steel were mainly influenced by the atmosphere and controlled by the oxide film generated during the process of friction and wear at room temperature, and the wear mechanism were abrasion and oxidation. At elevated temperature, the tribological properties of CrNiMo steel were more influenced by ambient temperature than by atmosphere. The heattransfer capability of the pairs was degraded by elevated temperature. The wear mechanism of steel was mainly oxidation and adhesion.
