摘 要:通过对不育系、恢复系和杂种F1花药中内源激素含量的对比发现:在杂种F1的花药组织中,不育系中亏损的IAA、IPA得到了补偿并且高出了恢复系。F1中ZR水平介于不育系和恢复系之间,DHZR水平低于不育系和恢复系;ABA含量因发育时期而异,但在不育系的花粉败育时期,F1花药组织中ABA含量和恢复系相当,二者都大大低于不育系。F1和恢复系中GA4和GA3水平都高于不育系。Comparied with restorer and hybrid F 1, IAA and IPA deficiency in the sterile line was compensated in the F 1. The level of ZR in F 1 was reduced and lower than sterile line and restorer line. The content of ABA varied from development stage. At the stage of pollen abortion, its level in the anther of F 1 was as much as in the restorer and lower than sterile line. The content of GA 4 and GA 3 in the anther of F 1 and restorer was higher than sterile line.
