T型不育系、恢复系和杂种F_1花药组织内源激素水平比较

摘　　要：通过对不育系、恢复系和杂种Ｆ１花药中内源激素含量的对比发现：在杂种Ｆ１的花药组织中，不育系中亏损的ＩＡＡ、ＩＰＡ得到了补偿并且高出了恢复系。Ｆ１中ＺＲ水平介于不育系和恢复系之间，ＤＨＺＲ水平低于不育系和恢复系；ＡＢＡ含量因发育时期而异，但在不育系的花粉败育时期，Ｆ１花药组织中ＡＢＡ含量和恢复系相当，二者都大大低于不育系。Ｆ１和恢复系中ＧＡ４和ＧＡ３水平都高于不育系。Comparied with restorer and hybrid F 1, IAA and IPA deficiency in the sterile line was compensated in the F 1. The level of ZR in F 1 was reduced and lower than sterile line and restorer line. The content of ABA varied from development stage. At the stage of pollen abortion, its level in the anther of F 1 was as much as in the restorer and lower than sterile line. The content of GA 4 and GA 3 in the anther of F 1 and restorer was higher than sterile line.
