摘　　要：本研究介绍了水稻花药培养在我国发展的三个阶段，即方法探索阶段、与水稻育种的结合阶段和新品种选育阶段。综述了近期国内外水稻花药培养中培养基与培养方法改进与完善方面所做的工作。着重介绍了花药培养在杂交水稻改良中取得的成就。Rice anther culture is one of the methods in hybrid breeding. There are three stages in rice anther culture for hybrid breeding in China:1) the exploration of the method for rice anther culture;2) the combination of the anther culture and rice hybrid breeding;3) the breeding of new rice varieties by anther culture. The achievement of hybrid breeding by anther culture is presented.This paper also introduces the advancement of the culture medium and culture method.
