多层螺旋CT三维重建在跟骨骨折诊断中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨跟骨骨折的多层螺旋CT表现及其临床价值。方法:分析30例跟骨骨折的螺旋CT三维重建的表现、CT分型,根据分型指导临床选择适合的治疗方案。结果:多层螺旋CT能清楚显示各型跟骨骨折,明确骨折线的走行、骨折片的数目,可发现X线平片不能看到的关节腔内骨折片,关节囊和软组织显示清晰。结论:跟骨骨折的多层螺旋CT检查能准确的对跟骨骨折进行分型,为治疗方案的选择和预后的估计提供帮助。Objective： Discussion calcaneum bone fracture multi -layered screw CT performance and clinical value. Method： Analyzing 30 example calcaneum bone fracture screw CT three dimensional recon- struction performance, the CT type, according to type instruction clinical choice suitable treatment plan. Re- sult： Multi - platoon screw CT can demonstrate clearly each calcaneum bone fracture, is clear about the bone broken line to walk the line, the bone fracture piece number, the detectable X -ray even piece cannot see in the ticulare the bone fracture piece, the ligamentum capoulare and the soft tissue demonstration is clear. Conclusion： The calcaneum bone fracture multi -platoon screw CT inspection can accurate carry on the mi- nute to the calcaneum bone fracture, provide the help for the treatment plan choice and the prognosis esti- mate.
