摘 要:目的:探讨姜黄素对糖尿病大鼠血糖的干预效应。方法:采用高脂高糖饲料诱导4周加链脲佐菌素注射建立糖尿病大鼠模型,姜黄素200mg/kg进行干预给药6周,实验结束后,分别检测大鼠的血糖和尿量。结果:姜黄素对正常大鼠的血糖没有影响,但是能降低糖尿病大鼠的血糖;姜黄素治疗组实验前后比较血糖有明显下降(P<0.05),且实验后姜黄素血糖与阳性对照组比较,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。同样,姜黄素治疗组大鼠尿量与阳性对照组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:姜黄素能有效改善II型糖尿病的血糖水平和减少尿量,同时也为糖尿病的临床治疗提供了新的途径与思路。Objective: To investigate the interventional effect of curcumin on blood sugar level in experi- mental type 2 diabetic rats . Methods: The rats were fed with high fat and sugar diet for 4 weeks following by injection of streptozotocin to establish the models. After being fed with curcumin 200mg/kg for 6 weeks, the levels of blood sugar and urine volume were evaluated. Results: Curcumin had little effect on blood sug- ar in normal rats, but can decrease the blood sugar in diabetic rats. The blood sugar in curcumin - treated model groups were obviously decreased, and there were significant differences in curcumin - treated group and positive control group ~ P 〈 0. 01 ). The urine volume in curcumin - treated group and positive control group also have significant differences( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion: Curcumin can effectively decrease the level of blood sugar and urine volume in diabetic rats. This could provide new ideas for clinical treatment of diabetes.
