摘　　要：文章简述了Bamboo纤维、玉米纤维混纺竹节纱的智能系列竹节纱生产装置及改造方案,分析了单片机控制系统的软硬件设计,对使用本系统的竹节纱工艺设计进行了具体分析,并对Bamboo纤维/玉米纤维混纺竹节纱弹力布进行了试织和测试。The intelligent slubby yarn producing device and innovation plan of developing bamboo/ corn fibre blended slubby yarn were introduced. The hardware/software design and slubby yarn process design of the single-chip computer controlling system were analyzed, and bamboo/ corn fibre blended slubby yarn elastic fabric was trial-weaved and tested.
