微波技术在织物碱退浆中的应用

摘　　要：文章将微波技术应用于织物碱退浆中,对织物常规碱退浆和微波辅助碱退浆的退浆效果进行了比较。实验结果表明:利用微波辅助织物碱退浆,在退浆率和退净率达到或超过常规碱退浆同等水平时,可使退浆时间缩短一半,并可大大减少退浆液中碱的用量。Microwave technology was applied in the process of fabric alkali desizing. The results of conventional alkali desizing and microwave assisted alkali desizing were compared. The results show that the time of desizing can be half shortened by using microwave to assist alkali desizing,whereas the desizing percentage and net rate may,be reach or surpass the same of conventional alkali desizing level, and tile use of alkali is greatly reduced in desizing fluid.
