摘　　要：三峡地区有着悠久的文化历史,三峡传统民居是三峡地域文化的杰出代表,其建筑形态与风格不但体现了实用与审美、建筑与场所的完美结合,而且记载了峡区民众对宇宙、自然以及住所环境的理性思考,是他们聪明才智和创造精神的物化反映。在旅游业迅速发展的今天,三峡民居的珍贵历史价值、深厚的文化积淀、独特的古韵风貌成为十分宝贵的旅游文化资源。因此,分析研究三峡传统民居的建筑特色,挖掘其潜力并提出合理规划、开发的对策与措施,使其旅游价值得到充分利用,将有助于进一步提升三峡旅游产品的品质,促进库区旅游业的繁荣。The traditional house was an outstanding representative of the native culture in the Three Gorges .Area which had a long cultural his tory. Both its architectural form and style not only embodied a practical and aesthetic combination of architecture and the environment,but also record- ed the rational thinking of the people as a reflection of the talent and creative spirit. The precious historical value and the prafound cultural accumulation of the traditional houses had very valuable cultural resources to the tourism de;velopment of the area which became an industry today. Therefore, the analysis of the traditional houses＇characteristics,the potential and reasonable planning,the development of cotmtexmeasures and how the value of tourism could be fully utilized, would benefit the development of tourism products and promote the prosperity of tourism industry in the area.
