摘  要:深入分析了西安市国际旅游竞争态势,从其竞争优势和劣势中总结出西安市国际旅游所处的竞争态势。在此基础上,借鉴波特的产业竞争力"钻石"模型,提出了西安市国际旅游竞争力"钻石"模型,包括6个影响要素,它们是旅游资源要素、入境旅游需求、旅游企业竞争力、旅游产业集群、政府行为和机遇。结合西安市国际旅游所处的竞争态势和发展实际,针对每一影响因素提出了相应的提升对策。According to analyze Xi'an international tourism competitive power thoroughly,this paper summarized the eompetitive situation from competitive advantage and competitive inferiority of Xi' an international tourism. Based on the Porter' s "diamond" model of industry competitive pewer,theis paper also proposed a similar "diamond" model of interntional tourism competitive power, which was included six essential factors,such as tourism resources factor, inbound tourism demand factor, tourism corporations' competitive power, tourism industries community, government behavior and opportunity.Meantlme,unifying competitive situation and development reality of Xi'an intemational tourism, this paper proposed corresponding promotion measures for every factors.
