摘 要:以电熔镁砂和锆英石为原料,研究锆英石质量分数和烧成温度对镁锆质试样物理性能的影响,利用X射线衍射、扫描电镜及能谱分析等手段对试样的物相组成和显微结构进行分析。结果表明,当锆英石质量分数为20%、烧成温度为1 650℃时,镁锆质试样具有最佳的物理性能;当锆英石质量分数超过20%,试样的物理性能和热震稳定性开始下降。试样的主要物相由t-ZrO2、方镁石和镁橄榄石组成,t-ZrO2晶粒与MgO晶粒交错分布,形成二相结构。MgO-ZrO2 samples were prepared by fused magnesia and zircon. The influence of zircon addition (12%, 15%, 20% and 23%) and sintering temperature (1 550, 1 600, 1 650 and 1 700 ℃) on the properties of MgO-ZrO2 samples were studied. Phase composition and microstructure of the samples were investigated by X ray diffractory, scanning electron microscopy and energy dispersive spectroscopy. It is found that MgO-ZrO2 samples have the optimal physical properties with 20% zircon and sintered at 1 650 ℃. When the zircon addition exceeds 20%, the physical properties and thermal shock resistance of the samples begin to decrease. Magnesia, t-zirconia and forsterite are observed in the samples, and zirconia grains are homogeneously distributed in the MgO matrix and form MgO- ZrO2 eutectic structure.
