提高汽车排气管用不锈钢综合性能的试验研究

摘　　要：提高汽车排气管综合性能的试验研究结果表明采用真空脱气精炼大幅降低C+N含量,选用最适合的退火工艺大幅降低强度和提高塑性,是获得最佳冲压和扩口性能,满足市场需求的有效途径。Experimental research on improvement of comprehensive properties of stainless steel for automobile exhaust - pipe was conducted, the results showed that it is an effective method to obtain the optimum stamping properties and flared properties and meet the market requirements by adopting of vacuum refining to de, crease remarkably the contents of carbon, nitrogen, and by selecting the proper annealing process to decrease obviously the strength and to improve the plasticity.
