摘　　要：通过对热挤压工艺的研究,分析了影响挤压加热制度、润滑、挤压比、挤压速度等工艺参数的因素,结合GH690合金的实际情况,制订了GH690合金的热挤压工艺,成功挤压出了规格为Φ95mm×7mm的管坯,依据攀钢集团长钢公司现有设备成功开发出了GH690合金管坯的热挤压工艺路线。By studying the hot extrusion process of GH690 alloy, this paper analyzed the process factors such as extrusion heating system, lubrication, extrusion ratio, extruding rate and so on, and according to the practical condition of GH690, formulated the hot extrusion process for this alloy, and extruded a tube blank with a size of φ95mm×7mm successhtlly, and the hot extrusion process for GH690 alloy blank was developed successfully based on the present equipments in the company.
