摘  要:根据长钢目前小电渣炉生产任务紧,大电渣炉生产任务不饱和,同时生产30CrMnSiNi2A大截面锻材现场问题较突出的实际情况,试验了新生产工艺路线。从锭型选择,电渣重熔,锻造,探伤等几个方面对新工艺进行了几轮试验。成功打通了工艺路线,按新工艺生产的产品,各项指标均符合标准要求。According to the practical condition at which there is a urgent task for small - volume electroslag furnace, whereas there is a short task for big - volume electroslag furnace at present in this company, and there are many prominent problems in production of 30CrMnSiNi2A large section forgings, a new production process route is tested. Several tests were conducted to practice the new process from several aspects such as ingot type selection, electroslag remehing, forging, NDT, and so on. The process route is proved to be a success, all indexes of the products produced by new process meet the requirements of the applied standard.
