高产、双低杂交油菜产量构成因素与产量的相关分析  被引量:33

摘  要:对四川省油菜区域试验中2个高产双低杂交油菜组合(代号为B02、D04)及双低对照种蜀杂6号进行了产量构成因素与单株产量的相关和通径分析及比较,结果表明:在高产双低组合及蜀杂6号中,单株有效角果数与每角粒数、每角粒数与千粒重均为负相关;在高产双低组合中,单株有效角果数、每角粒数对单株产量的贡献大于千粒重对单株产量的贡献,差异达1%显著水平;在双低对照品种蜀杂6号中,单株有效角果数、每角粒数对单株产量的贡献大于千粒重对单株产量的贡献,但差异不显著。笔者认为,鉴于每角粒数变幅较小,在现阶段及今后一段时期内,可把提高单株有效角果数作为四川双低高产杂交油菜育种工作的重要目标之一。The conelation and path analysis of major agricultural characters to yield per plant were conducted by using two high yield and donble low rapeseed hybrid and the control variety Shuza No.6. Correlation and path analysis were as follows:pods per plant with seeds per pod,seeds per pod with 1000-seed weight had negative correlations in all materials; In high yield hybrid, pods per plant and seeds per pod had more impaction on yield per plant than 1000-seed weight,the difference arrive 1 percent significant level;while in the control variety Shuza No.6,the impaction of pods per plant ,seeds per pod and 1000-seed weight on yield per plant had no significant diffenence. Because seeds per pod vary in litter range,the author think we should pay more attention to pods per plant to improve the yield per plant in double low rapeseed breeding in Sichuan ecological region.
