摘  要:在自然条件下,用LI-6400便携式光合测定系统测定桂北中华猕猴桃光合速率及蒸腾速率日变化情况。结果表明:净光合速率(Pn)日变化曲线为"双峰"型,光合效率午间明显降低,主要由非气孔限制引起;蒸腾速率(Tr)日变化为"单峰型",午间最高。相关分析表明,光合速率与蒸腾速率、光照强度(PAR)、气孔导度(Cond)均呈极显著正相关(P<0.01),蒸腾速率与光照强度、气孔导度、饱和气压差(Vpdl)、叶温(Tl)均呈极显著正相关(P<0.01),而光合速率与胞间CO2浓度(C i)、蒸腾速率与相对湿度(RH)均呈极显著负相关。Under natural condition,diurnal changes of photosynthetic rate (Pn) and Transpiration rate (Tr) in leaves of Actinidia chinensis were measured using L1-6400 portable photosynthesis ( LI-Cor Inc. ,USA). The results showed that the curve of diurnal variations of Pn had two peaks,which had an obvious phenomenon of midday decline of photosynthetic efficiency. The mid-depress of Pn was principally caused by non-stomata limited elements. The curve of diurnal variation of Tr had one peak exhibiting the highest value at noon. Correlation analysis among photosynthetic parameters showed that there were significantly positive correlations between Pn and Tr,Pn, Tr and PAR,Pn, Tr and Cond, Tr and Vpdl, T/( P 〈 0.01 ). However, there were significantly negative correlations ( P 〈 0.01 ) between Pn and Ci, Tr and RH.
