摘 要:本试验针对白色念珠菌,根据白色念珠菌ITS1-ITS2部分的保守序列设计了一对特异性引物,建立了PCR检测方法。试验表明,本方法的特异性为100%,敏感性检测的最低浓度为:1.25×103CFU/mL,该方法具有快速,准确和特异的优点。Bovine mastitis caused by Candida albicans occurred frequently in recent years due to the abuse of antibiotic and the deterioration of the environment. It caused large economic loses for the dairy industry, h was important to identify the Candida albicans and control the infection rate at the farm level rapidly and exactly. A pair of specific primers were designed for Candida albicans acording to the conserved sequence of ITS1-ITS2 of the Candida albicaas. The primer specificity was 100%. The primer semitivity was1.25×10^3CFU/mL. As a result, PCR method to identify the Candida albicans in mammary gland infections of cows was developed , which was rapid, sensitive, and specific.
