摘　　要：本钢发电厂高压车间的除氧器在运行过程中存在严重的振动现象。振动对除氧器的设备造成损伤,影响了除氧效果。过去认为:增加除氧器投入运行的数量,可以削弱振动的幅度。结果,不但没有削弱振动,反而恶化了除氧效果。对此揭示了振动的真正原因,提出了消除振动的措施、通过调整除氧器负荷提高除氧效果的方法。Benxi Iron and Steel Workshop of the high-voltage power plants in operation deaerator in the course of a serious vibration phenomenon. Vibration on the deaerator equipment caused damage, and affected the Deaerator effect. The past, we believe that： Deaerator increase in the number of operational, can weaken the rate of vibration. The results, not only failed to weaken the vibration, but worsened the effects of oxygen removal. This article reveals the real reason for the vibration of the proposed measures to eliminate vibration, By adjusting the deaerator Deaerator effect of the increased load method.
