摘  要:成功研制出一种新的焊接热循环软件,以经验和实测数学模型为基础,应用Labview 7.1进行编程,方便、快捷绘制单道次、多道次焊接热循环曲线,进而定量地反映与描述了影响各热循环参数的主要因素及其相互关系。该软件的开发对焊接工艺研究有重要价值,填补了国产热力模拟实验机在焊接热循环方面的空白,完善了国产热力模拟实验机的功能,进一步拓宽了其应用领域。One new type software concerning welding heat cycle has been developped successfully, which is based on the experimental and practical mathematic model. Labview 7. 1 was applied for programming, which can demonstrate the welding heat cycle curve for single or multiple processes conveniently and quickly, so that it reflects and describes the main factors and relationship among them which can affect the parameters of heat circle quantitatively. The development of software plays important role in the research of welding technology, which fills up the blank of domestic thermomechanical simulator in the field of welding heat circle, perfects the function of domestic thermome-chanical simulator, and broadens the application field further.
