摘 要:以SnCl4.5H2O、ZnSO4.7H2O、氨水为原料,采用共沉淀法制备出SnO2/ZnO复合光催化剂,用TEM、XRD测试手段对其进行了表征,并将其用于降解甲醛的光催化实验。结果表明,经600℃煅烧保温6 h制得的复合光催化剂具有较高的光催化活性,明显优于纯纳米ZnO;甲醛的光催化降解反应符合一级动力学方程。The SnO2/ZnO nanocomposites were prepared by coprecipitation method with SnCl4 · 5H2O,ZnSO4 · 7H2O,NH3 · H2O and characterized by the methods of x- ray diffraction (XRD) ,Transmission E- lectron Microscopy (TEM). The photocatalytic activity of complex oxides was examined by using formaldehyde as a model reaction. The results, showed that the photocatalytic activity of SnO2/ZnO nanocomposites that calcined at 600 ℃ for 6 hour was obviously better than pure nanometer ZnO. Formaldehyde degradation reaction fitted the first- order kinetics.
