摘  要:随着工业废水和城市生活污水等点源污染的有效控制,非点源污染,尤其是农业非点源污染的防治工作开始受到社会各界的广泛关注。面对农业非点源污染广泛性、随机性、滞后性、潜伏性、模糊性等特点,单一的防治技术无力实现农业非点源污染的有效防治,因而需要综合农业非点源污染防治的主体技术和辅助技术,在同时注重基础设施和软环境建设的前提下,因地制宜地构建农业非点源污染防治技术体系。同时,还指出了构建过程中的关键点,为农业非点源污染的防治工作提供决策参考。After the effective controlling of point source pollution, the non - point source pollution, especially the agricul- tural non -point source pollution has been paid more attention to. Because the agricultural non -point source pollution is extensive, random, delayed, hidden and fuzzy, the effective controlling of agricultural non - point source pollution has to depend on not the single technology, but the technological system which contains the body technologies and the assistant technologies. The effective controlling is also calling for paying more attention to both infrastructure and soft environment. It's necessary to build up the multiple technological systems. This paper also analyzed the key points in the building process and provided the references for the decision.
