摘  要:以地形图(1:200000)、行政区图、遥感图、工程专题图及当地政府提供的牧户信息为基础,以GPS、GIS及RS等空间信息技术为手段,利用Visal Basic、SQL sever2000、SuperMap Object,开发西乌珠穆沁旗地理信息系统,集成牧户信息档案库、生态工程、环境监测、土地利用、水文气象、资源开发功能模块,实现对草原生态环境的动态监测和生态工程的科学管理及规划;通过优化VB程序、设置属性等方法实现快速访问SQL Server数据库,针对档案库中属性数据采用"中图法优化二叉树的数据结构"编制代码优化查询语句,实现牧户档案数据的快速准确存储、查询、修改;同时,根据乌珠穆沁草原现状、生态工程实施和规划,监测草原生态变化,指导典型草原生态环境保护工程,使得环境与畜牧业、草原资源协调发展。To implement GPS,GIS,RS and spatial information technology as the technical means , West Wuzhumuqin county geographic information system has been established based on relief map ( 1:20000 ), district map, remote sensing map, theme Engineering and the herd information offered by local government through applying the software: Visal Basic, SQL sever2000, SuperMap Object. The system, which is integrated with the archival repository of the herd information, ecological project, environment monitoring, soil utilizing, water and weather, resource exploiting, is used to perform dynamic monitoring of the ecological environment of grassland and scientific managing and programming of the ecological projects; Optimizing the program of visual basic 6.0, intercalating property and optimizing query code by using of "the data structure of binary tree was optimized Chinese Library Classification", make the system double - quick call the SQL Server databases and exact memory, query, modification ; According to the actuality of the Wuzhumuqin grassland and the actualizing of ecological project and programming, the geographic information system should guide the protecting ecological environment project of the typical grassland and harmonize the development of environment, stockbreeding and grass resources.
