摘 要:为了找到能够准确反映植物生理水分含量的植物电特性敏感测试频段,采用宽频高灵敏度1260阻抗分析仪及1287电化学界面和1294阻抗接口联用的方法,以卷心菜作为研究对象,在10Hz~1MHz宽频段范围检测随叶片含水率变化的叶片电特性,分析得到了用生理电阻测量样本含水率的敏感频段为小于1kHz,用生理电抗(容抗)测量样本含水率的敏感频段为25kHz左右。同时,在此敏感频率的激励下,得到植物生理水分与电特性的相互关系曲线,为植物缺水状况快速诊断和相应仪器的开发提供了依据。In order to confirm sensitive frequency which ideally reflected the water supply status of plants though electric property test, the wider frequency and high sensibility instrument was adopted by complex of 1260 impedance/gain - Phase, 1287 electric chemic interface and 1294 impedance interface. Cabbages was chosen as the object, and the inner relationship between water potential and electric property in the 10Hz - 1MHz frequency range were inspected. Finally conclusion was got that the sensitive frequency that physiological resistance proper reflected the water supply status was under 1 kHz while the band of the physiological reactance was about 25kHz. By the test of using this sensitive frequency., the relationship map of the water potential and the electric property were got. Which offer the fast judgment on the crops water lacking and give the theoretical basis of correlative instrument creating.
