摘　　要：城市规模化养鸡场的出现使鸡粪处理日益成为一个难题。好氧堆肥可以将鸡粪转变为稳定而安全的有机肥料。为此,介绍了好氧堆肥的机理、堆肥过程中控制因素、氮素的转化和保持、堆肥的腐熟度指标和施用效果等研究内容,并指出了未来的研究方向。The treatment of poultry manure becomes a difficult problem in the cities because of big farm. Aerobic compost is a useful way to transform poultry manure into a stable and safe organic matter for use as compost. This paper reviews the studies of the mechanism of aerobic compost , controlling parameters, transformation of nitrogen, maturity indices and the influence on soil. Suggestions for possible future research are also presented.
