摘　　要：在理解农业循环经济内涵的基础上,构建了区域农业循环经济发展水平的综合评价指标体系;采用模糊综合评价方法对我国31个省、市、自治区的农业循环经济发展状况(香港、澳门和台湾地区未做调查)进行相对性评价,并根据评价结果将31个省、市、自治区农业循环经济发展水平划分为5个类别,为各省、市、区明确其农业循环经济发展在全国的定位以及为国家在宏观层面上有重点地扶持落后地区农业发展提供参考。On the basis of expounding connotation of agricultural recycling economy, the comprehensive Index system was established to evaluate the development of agricultural recycling economy. The method of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation was used to evaluate the relative condition among 31 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions（ Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan areas were not investigated）in China, and the 31 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions were classified into 5 grades. The research results given some beneficial reference for every province （region） to realize its position on the aspect of developing agricultural recycling economy and our country to formulate agricultural policy and help the backward provinces（regions） to develop agricultural recycling economy.
