摘　　要：农机装备发展对提高农业劳动生产率、增加农民收入起着决定性作用,是实现新农村建设根本目标的重要保障。为此,分析了日本和韩国在现代农村建设过程中农业机械化的状况及提高农业机械化水平的条件,总结了日本和韩国促进农机装备发展的资金扶持策略、农业合作协会对农机装备发展的作用、农机技术推广体系为农机装备发展提供的技术保障等3方面的经验,为促进我国农机装备的发展提供政策参考。It is the agricultural machinery and equipment that improves agriculture productivity, plays a decisive role in increasing the peasants＂ income, and also guarantees to attain the fundamental objectives of the new rural construction. This paper analyzes the status and conditions of improving the agricultural mechanization in the process of building modem country of Japan and Korea of Republic. It concludes three aspects of their experience, such as fiscal funds tactics, the agriculture cooperation association and the agricultural machinery technology transfer system, which promote the two countries＇ agricultural mechanization, which can provide a policy reference for China promoting the agricultural machinery and equipment.
