单盘双条精密播种机“零速”衩形导种管的设计

摘　　要：大豆"暗垄密"农艺技术能够显著提高大豆产量。为解决单垂直圆盘双条气吸式排种器的输种问题,根据"暗垄密"农艺技术要求,通过对现有播种机导种管的分析,设计了适于单盘双条高速精密播种的"零速"衩形导种管,并提出了"零速"导种管的设计理论,为"零速"导种管设计提供了理论依据。实践证明,"零速"衩形导种管能够实现单垂直圆盘双条排种器的前后分种,并能够左右分条,基本能实现"零速"投种。Soybean hidden ridge close planting agronomic technology can significantly improve the soybean yields, in order to solve the problem of conveying seed of the air - suction metering device with single vertical disc and double row, according to analyzing present seed tube, the suitable seed tube for the high speed planter was designed, and a ＂zero speed＂ seed tube design theory was proposed , which can provide a theoretical basis on tube design. Practice has proved that the＂ zero speed＂ of the all - shaped guide can be achieved.
