摘  要:通过某工程3组采用后压浆技术的钻孔灌注桩静载荷试桩结果,得到了各组试桩的Q-S曲线,并将试验结果与经验公式估算值进行了比较,同时采用解析法拟合试桩Q-S曲线,预测桩实际最大承载力理论值;验证了后压浆钻孔灌注桩承载力可以通过经验公式进行估算;验证了桩实际最大承载力可以通过解析法拟合进行预测。应用的经验公式及其计算参数可供同类地质后压浆钻孔灌注桩的设计参考。Based on the static load test of three post grouting bored piles in a project, the Q-S curves were got and the test results were compared with the calculating by empirical formula. Meanwhile, the Q-S curves were fitted by analytic method and the highest value of bearing capacities were forecasted. The results show that the technique of post grouting can effectively improve the pile bearing capacity and significantly reduce the pile settlement; the bearing properties of the pile can be inferred by Q-s curve fitting of pile. It was verified that the bearing capacity of post grouting bored the pile can be estimated by empirical formula. It was also verified that the highest value of bearing capacity can be forecasted by analytic method. The calculation results match well with that from the static load test of piles. It was proved that the empirical formula and calculation parameters can be used in design of post grouting bored pile on the same geological type with reference value. Therefore it is instructive for research and construction of similar piles.
