竹毛壳菌对六种杀菌剂的耐药性测定

摘  要:为了了解竹毛壳菌对化学杀菌剂的敏感程度,开发出对化学杀菌剂有抗性,生防效果稳定的遗传工程菌,采用常见化学杀菌剂进行了室内毒力测定。结果表明,该毛壳菌在不含杀菌剂的PSA培养基上能正常生长,但当PSA培养基中含0.10,0.25,0.50,1.00,2.00mg.L-1不同浓度的6种杀菌剂时,毛壳菌表现出不同程度的耐药性。毛壳菌对甲基托布津和代森锰锌更为敏感,有效抑制中浓度EC50分别为1.2572mg.L-1和1.9138mg.L-1,而对地菌灵抗性最强,有效抑制中浓度EC50为779.4711mg.L-1,敏感程度依次为甲基托布津>代森锰锌>多菌灵>三环唑>百菌克>地菌灵。In order to explicit Chaetomium sp. ity of sensitive to chemical fungicide and improve in genetically engineered microorganisms. However, it was the power to resist those fungicides to different degrees on 6 fungicides at 5 different concentrations (0. 10, 0. 25, 0. 50, 1. 00, 2.00 mg · L^-1 ). The results indicated that Chaetomium sp. was most sensitive to thiophanate - methyl and manacozeh, and the EC50 were 1. 2572 mg · L^-1 and 1. 9138 mg· L^-1 respectively. Copper acetate provided the worst control to Chaetomium sp. , and its EC50 was 779. 4711 mg · L^-1. The fungicides sensitivities of Chaetomium sp. were ranked as: thiophanate - methyl (F) 〉 manacozeh (F) 〉earbendazim (F) 〉 tricyclazole (F) 〉 chlorothalonil (F) 〉 copper acetate (F).
