摘　　要：针对整流装置运行环境恶劣、故障率高和维护困难的特点,基于GPRS技术开发了一个远程监控与故障诊断系统。该系统由客户端和服务器组成,客户端负责采集数据、下达指令;服务器软件采用组态的方式开发,实现整流装置的在线监控、故障诊断报警、数据综合管理等。服务器与客户机之间采用GRPS无线通讯方式进行远程通信,并在数据传输中定义心跳包,用于保证通信和数据传输的正常。该系统应用于食盐水电解的大型整流电源上,获得良好的效果。Considering the problems existed in power electronic applying such as rectifier＇s severe working condition, high failure rate and the difficulty of maintenance, a remote monitor and control system for rectifier based on GPRS for rectifier was developed. The system consisted of a server and a PLC-based client. The client dealt with data acquisition, real-time data processing and sending dictate. The server was a eonfigurable system and supplied the function that monitoring and alarming, fault diagnosis, data processing and so on. The programming and realization of communication between server and clients was based on GPRS. A protocol-packet named heartbeat packets was defined and used in the system so that the status of communication and data transfer can be examined. The application results in practical large power rectifiers for salt water electrolyzation show the effectiveness.
